THE ACTIVATION MODEL

The Activation Model uses knowledge gleaned from many different disciplines combined with over 25 years experience in activating global brand communications, sustainability and CSR programmes through a rigorous creative process.

It is a tried and tested approach to understanding, developing and solving complex problems through activating shared intelligence and imagination. It uses systems thinking, the creative process, cognitive and behavioural sciences combined with the best rapid prototyping ideation tools, and communications to drive positive and purpose-led impact.

Developed by WeActivate founder Jenny Andersson, it is the cumulative result of many years working with global brands, but also of her own informal doctorate conducted over the past 3 years with evolutionary organisations and entrepreneurial startups.  It gratefully uses knowledge available in commons of the work of many other experts in the fields of future-fit organisational design who have freely and openly shared their knowledge and methods. These include such future-focused organisations as The Presencing Institute, The Biomimicry Institute, Schumacher College,  evolutionary collective intelligence pioneers such as The Art of Hosting, Liberating Structures, Appreciative Inquiry and others.
